A: Our venue sits 300 guest, with these many guest, you would use 30 round tables with 10 guest per table. If you do less than 300 guest, then you can sit 8 guest per table and the dance floor gets bigger and the excess tables and chairs are put away.
A: You have a couple of options. All outside caters are welcome and We provide catering for your conveinince as well. Please email us if you wish to see our menu.
A: All decorations are welcome with the exception of the following: No candles, unless they are in a tall glass container and with a dish or glass underneth it. No Matches. No balloons, unless they are tied to an arch.
Q: How big is your facility and can it be rearranged?
A: Our venue is approx. 4,000 sq ft and yes can rearrange the room any way you want. Click here to see and use our

A: We have a concession that sells sodas, waters, set ups, and various snacks. You are allowed to supply your guest with drinks ONLY during the reception/Dinner time. Once the reception/Dinner is over, we will sell our drinks.
Q: What if I don't want my guest to pay for anything?
A: You have 2 options:
1: You pay us $350 to have us close our concession. This allows you to supply any and all drinks
to your guest. If you decide to do this, you will have to bring your own ice chest and ice.
2. You can pre-pay a tab. Example: You pay us $250 and we will serve your guest until the $250 is
consumed. When it starts to run low, our personel will let you know and that time you can decide to
pay for more or let the concession turn into a cash bar option.
A: Yes, you and/or your guest are allowed to bring alcohol/liquor. However, no glass Beer is allowed. If your guest bring in Bottles of Liquor, we will supply the set ups for $7.00 If you wish to provide mixed cocktails to your guest, you will have to hire a Licenced Bartender to dispense them. If you bring a keg of beer, you need to asign someone to tend to it, doesn't need to be a Licenced Bartender, but does need to be 21 years of age.
